Getting started

What is Doqqly?
Doqqly is an event management platform for music and entertainment teams — and the solo professionals who work the same events. It handles the whole lifecycle of a booking — from first enquiry through confirmed booking, billing, supplier coordination, contract signing and team payouts — with Gmail and Google Calendar built in.
Who is it for?
Two kinds of people. Internal event teams in the music and entertainment world — agencies, ensembles, bands and production teams juggling enquiries, contracts, suppliers and payouts across many events. And solo event pros — photographers, videographers, celebrants, florists, personal chefs: anyone paid to personally be at an event, running the whole diary themselves.
I'm a one-person business — is Doqqly for me?
Yes. The free Base plan is built for exactly that: your booking pipeline, supplier journal and a public enquiry form you can link from your own website, for up to 25 active bookings — no card, no time limit. When you want e-signed contracts, one-click email replies and calendar sync, take the 14-day Pro trial and see if it earns its keep.
How do I sign up?
Head to the sign-in page and create a workspace. You’ll be guided through a short onboarding to set up your team and preferences.

Pricing & plans

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Base plan is free and includes core booking management, capped at 25 active bookings — plenty to run a one-person business. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited bookings and the full feature set.
What do the paid plans include?
Pro (€55/mo, up to 5 users included) unlocks unlimited bookings, per-event billing and payouts, the public enquiry API and more. You can add extra team seats (€10 each). The Production (multi-date runs) and Financial (full income/expense accounting) modules are coming soon. See the pricing section for details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Integrations

How does the Gmail integration work?
Connect your Google account and Doqqly can show the email threads tied to each booking and send emails — like contracts and enquiry replies — straight from your own address. You stay in control and can disconnect at any time.
How does the Google Calendar integration work?
Confirmed bookings and rehearsals sync to your calendar. For ensembles, Doqqly can invite musicians as attendees and pull their RSVP responses back into the booking. You can point each workspace at a specific calendar.
Can I bring in enquiries from my own website?
Yes. Every workspace gets a customizable public enquiry form, and Pro workspaces can receive enquiries via an inbound API from tools like Typeform or Zapier, or from your own site.

Data & security

Where is my data stored?
Your workspace content is stored securely with our infrastructure providers and isolated per workspace using row-level security, so no other team can see your data.
Do you use my Gmail or Calendar data for anything else?
No. We only use Google data to power the features you connect. We never sell it or use it for advertising or AI training. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
What happens to deleted records?
Deleted items move to a Recycle Bin and are purged on a schedule you control in your workspace settings, so accidental deletions are recoverable within that window.
